What to Do Following an Arrest

When you work with my firm, you won't have to worry about not being able to contact me if something suddenly changes: I make a point of taking phone calls from my clients 24/7, with the exceptions of when I am in court or in a meeting with another client...and even in those cases, I will get back to you within 24 hours. I believe that one-on-one interaction and communication, which is why you'll be working directly with me the entire time, from your initial consultation until the day your case has been resolved.

Out of the numerous cases I have followed all the way up through trial by jury, I have handled a wide array of alleged crimes, including everything from theft to assault to DWI. Once I've had a chance to review the specifics of your case and to examine the evidence for myself, we can work jointly to determine how best to move forward. If any of your constitutional rights were violated at any point leading up to, during, or following your arrest, then the resulting evidence may not be admissible in court, and I will seek to have it dismissed.

It is also possible that the collection or interpretation of evidence was faulty (e.g. inaccurate Breathalyzer results, an alleged crime scene that had been tampered with, etc.). If this is the case, I will find all potential holes in the prosecution's argument in an effort to protect your freedom and good name.
